Is there anything more satisfying than when a recent guest takes the time and effort to email you with the details of their recent positive experience? Even more so when a particular individual staff member has excelled. A job well done.

Dear David 7th March 2017
I recently had the pleasure of playing on Angkor Golf Course (23 & 24 Feb) while on a golf tour with Rob From The Golf Travel Company.
Firstly I would like to congratulate you on the condition of course, it is immaculate and such a pleasure to play on even though it is extremely challenging with all the water and bunkers. Our group were so impressed with the course that we opted to play a second day which was not included in the itinerary of the tour, thank you for giving us a special rate to play on the 24th Feb.
Secondly I must let you know about the wonderful caddy I was allocated, unfortunately I do not know her Cambodian name but just knew her as Dany caddy no. 74. Dany is truly an asset to your course. Dany within a very short time of being with me, was able to asses exactly the club I needed, for the distance, she was always spot on in her distance calculations, and her line while putting was so accurate, so much so I was able to sink a 20m putt, first time ever in my golf history. She always had the right club selection even realising on my short game that I have some unusual shots and once she knew what I was doing brought me the correct club, Dany always had spare balls when I had the misfortune to go into the water and she kept all my equipment clean, she kept score accurately for myself and my partner. I was really impressed by this young lady’s golf skills, when trying to assist me with certain shots and her knowledge of golf .
She went above & beyond her duties as a caddy ensuring at all times that I was comfortable, not too hot bringing me chilled water and wetting my towel . Besides her great skill as a caddy I found her to be a most pleasant & charming person to spend the day with, we were able to converse as her English is very good. I was very touched by her courage and dignity in what I assume must be quite a difficult life, I only know these things because I am inquisitive and asked her many questions, she did not overstep the boundaries by being too familiar.
I sincerely hope that there will some opportunities within your organisation for this young lady to grow, I think she will truly be an asset.
Should the opportunity ever arise for Dany to play golf in South Africa, please contact me as I woulddefinitely be prepared to sponsor her.
Kind Regards
Doreine
